We do not dispatch any orders until payment has been received.

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days unless we are awaiting new stock of the item purchased.

In line with distance selling laws if you need to return an item for any reason we will happily exchange or issue a refund to you. Please return within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in a resalable condition; unworn, with all original labels attached. We are sure that you appreciate for hygiene reasons we cannot refund or exchange anything that has been worn or washed. Please ensure that briefs, thongs and shorts are tried on over your own underwear for hygienic reasons. We reserve the right to refuse refund or exchange items, where it is apparent that this has not been done or where items are in any other way compromised. Please retain a proof of postage for your return as unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for any items that do not reach us. If the items you are returning to us are over £50 in value, we recommend sending via recorded delivery to ensure you are covered with Royal Mail should the item not reach us. Overseas buyers non EU please note that when returning orders the customs declaration must be completed and clearly marked RETURN GOODS as unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for any boarder control charges where the declaration is not correct. Any charges incurred will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that refunds will be processed only via original method of payment.

If you have used a gift voucher/card and return part of your order, we will refund the value of the item to the gift card first and refund any outstanding balance to your credit/debit card.
